All details you enter must be accurate and match what you want printed on the card. Typos, wrong dates, and low-quality photos are the number-one cause of delayed or rejected orders. Triple-check every field before you submit, and make sure your photo and signature meet the guidelines shown in the Photo Guide. Once payment is received, no further edits are possible.

Before you purchase your id please make sure you do the following.
For the Picture (max 20MB in file size)
- Take a picture standing against any white color background.
- Wear contrasting clothing (if the background is white, wear dark color clothing).
- Keep your hair nice and neat (minimize "flyaways").
- Make sure the picture is chest up.
- No cell phone or webcam pictures.
For the Signature, if you want your own (max 20MB in file size):
- A large signature on a piece of white paper.
- Use a black sharpie or pen.
- Scan the signature or take a picture of it with the flash off with good lighting.
* A simple signature will be provided if you opt not to use your own.
